The rules are simple.

The goal is to use 10 light bulbs or fewer to light the solar panels to generate the required amount of energy.

One solar panel can generate between 0% and 10% of the energy.

There are three types of solar panels:

A complete panel generates between 2% and 10% of the energy.

A damaged panel generates between 1% and 5% of the energy.

A non-functional panel generates nothing.

Damaged and non-working batteries are the same, you will have to calculate them yourself.

 You can always move the installed light bulb to the desired location.
